Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable unless:

  • The merchant sent the wrong item.
  • The purchased item received does not match the specifications, description, features, or information advertised on the website.
  • The purchased item received is spoiled, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
  • Exceed the delivery timeline per the company’s Shipping Policy

2. For refund, the customer is required to provide:

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item received.
  • A clear video showing the first use of the item, where applicable.
  • Relevant photographs, order details, or other supporting documents requested by the company.

All return and refund requests must be sent to the company at my-home1980@outlook.com​ within 24 hours of receiving of the item.

Any requests submitted after the 24-hour period or without the above mentioned required evidences will not be accepted.
